Tracy Robinson

Vice President of Inter-American Commission on Human Rights

Tracy Robinson was elected as the Vice President of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, which began on January 1, 2012. Starting February 1, 2014 she became the Rapporteur on the Rights of LGBTI Persons. She took office as Rapporteur on the Rights of Women on January 27, 2012. She is a lawyer and teaches Gender and the Law, Constitutional Law and Commonwealth Caribbean Human Rights, among other law subjects, at the University of the West Indies, Jamaica.
