Theresa Agyeiwaa Ampadu-Boakye, a Ghanaian national based in Nairobi, is a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Expert and has for the past ten (10) years been working with agricultural projects in the areas of Monitoring, learning & Evaluation and organizational development. Currently, Ms. Ampadu-Boakye is the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the N2Africa project, where she coordinates and leads all project monitoring and evaluation activities across the eleven implementing countries. Prior to this appointment, she was the Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for 2SCALE Project of the International Fertilizer Development Center and Senior Technical Advisor with the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) funded Market Oriented Agriculture Program (MOAP) where she designed and implemented monitoring and evaluation systems for both the GIZ funded MOAP project and the 2SCALE project.

Ms. Ampadu-Boakye obtained her Master of Science degree in Development Planning and Management (SPRING Program) in 2005, a joint postgraduate program between the University of Dortmund and the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). She also holds certificates in Value Chain Development, Open Space Technology and Appreciative Inquiry.
