His Excellency Dr. Mustapha Sidiki Kaloko is the Commissioner for Social Affairs at the African Union Commission. Dr. Kaloko served the Medical Services Directorate of the African Union Commission for over 14 years in various capacities. He has extensive experience of medical practice in Ethiopia, Sierra Leone and England.
