In just three months from now, climate negotiators from around the globe will be in Paris with the aim of finalizing a deal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and so begin slowing the impacts of climate change. A key question now is what would make a meaningful deal in Paris that would see the world on track to achieve net zero emissions before 2100.
