Jane Wales is president and CEO, World Affairs Council and Global Philanthropy Forum; vice president, Aspen Institute; and host of National Public Radio’s It's Your World. Wales served as acting CEO of The Elders and chaired the Poverty Alleviation Track for the Clinton Global Initiative.
Wales served in the Clinton Administration as special assistant to the President, senior director of the National Security Council and associate director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. In the Carter Administration, Wales served as deputy assistant secretary of state.
